Your Smile Matters

Adult Orhodontics

Crooked teeth or a bad bite can lead to gum disease, tooth decay, uneven wear, and jaw pain. Crowding makes cleaning harder, which may cause long-term dental problems if untreated.

Orthodontic treatment at any age can improve your bite, oral health, and confidence. Modern braces are smaller, more comfortable, and less noticeable, with options like ceramic or clear materials to fit your lifestyle.

Invisalign

Adult Orhodontics

Invisalign uses a series of clear, removable aligners made with advanced 3D imaging to gently move your teeth. They’re virtually invisible, comfortable, and let you eat, drink, brush, and floss with ease.

Each set is worn for about two weeks, gradually shifting teeth into place. You’ll visit Dr. Tai every six weeks to monitor progress, with treatment typically lasting 9–15 months.

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends screening by age 7, when children have a mix of baby and adult teeth. Early evaluation helps detect jaw or tooth issues that are easier to correct young.
The best time for a first visit is ages 6–10, as permanent teeth come in. Even if teeth look straight, an orthodontist can spot hidden problems or confirm development is on track.
